Topic Overview
The neuroscience of leadership
Change your mindset… transform your performance

Emotions exert a major influence on the way we deal with colleagues, customers or indeed any business relationship. We can’t divorce ourselves from the emotional responses that shape our thinking. They determine success or failure - without us even realising!

All too often we are promised tools and techniques that claim to improve our leadership with little understanding of how or why they work. We create a safe environment where your leaders can open-up. We explore their attitudes and mindset as well as limiting beliefs that may be subconsciously working against them. Ideas are always related to day-to-day challenges and individual experience to make it compelling and of immediate benefit. We trigger insight and action leading to the questions: What will I now do differently? and How will I do this?
Neuroscience explains why so much of our behaviour is based on emotion and why despite our best endeavours we often fall short of the results we want. Even with a basic understanding of how the brain works, neuroscience answers the question ‘ why should I behave like this and not like that’. Understanding why drives real behaviour change and a desire to truly embrace new ideas to deliver success. We replace myth and pop psychology with sound scientific research. This means your leaders will make better behavioural choices to make your workplace a motivational and fulfilling experience. Our interactive delivery is based on sound principles to ensure the ideas stick, so planting the seeds of change. You will witness an exciting and immediate impact. Your people will start to think and act differently.

This programme creates an immersive, vivid and compelling experience so your people leave with insight and renewed motivation to act!
